- What does the project management process looks like?We use Notion and Slack for project management and communication. Once I understand the project requirements, I'll send you an invite to my Slack channel and Notion workspace. This will include all the necessary details like project timeline, proposal, contracts, design files, and everything else related. It keeps everything in one place and makes the process smooth.
- What if I am not satisfied with the results?I offer unlimited revisions to make sure you're happy with the results. We'll keep tweaking until you're satisfied.
- Is there any refund?If you're still not happy after all the revisions, I'll waive 50% of the remaining payment.
- Do you offer onboarding through text or chat?Absolutely! If you prefer working through text, we can handle onboarding and project discussions via Slack channels and email. I’m here to make communication as easy as possible for you.
- What is your payment structure?To initiate the project, i take 50% deposit, with the rest due upon completion. For bigger projects, it's a 30% deposit, 35% after the design phase, and the final payment when everything's wrapped up.
